1. Our Contract with You
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A contract is formed only when we send you this confirmation.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown on our website. You must provide accurate payment details.
3. Delivery
We will deliver your order within 30 days unless we agree a different timeframe with you. Delivery times are estimates only. Once the goods are handed to the carrier, risk passes to you.
4. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period begins the day after you receive the goods.To cancel, you must inform us by email at kozentialsupport@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need to return the goods unless we ask you to. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods that have been opened for health or hygiene reasons, or perishable goods.
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive faulty goods, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Contact us immediately at kozentialsupport@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
